This is one type of confectionery for chocolate bonbon. I added in another two texture which chocolate sable and raspberry jam So this confectionery is small but you could taste the flavours, texture and skills effort of the chef. For plain vanilla marshmallow I added orange zest to get citrus flavour also reduced the sweetness and reduce the flavours of gelatine. Chocolate sable is to get crispy texture and the raspberry jam is the key of combination together between of chocolate sable and marshmallow. lastly dipped with dark chocolate.
