Matcha Azuki tart

Matcha and Azuki( Red Bean ) pairing is like peanut butter and jelly in America. This combination commonly will seen in Japanese classics sweet (wagashi).
I have the ideas to done this tart because when I teaching class have left over matcha mousse , red bean paste and tart shells So I want to bring the combination to tart version.
First i added in thin layer of almond cream to tart shell for texture and enriched the nuts flavour.
Second added in brown sugar Creme Chantilly to get creamy taste. One of reason is thinken or stronger flavours of red bean taste and matcha mousse.
Decoration I decide to as simple as possible so just matcha powder and roasted hazelnut. Hazelnut is one of ending flavours and crunchy texture.
Personally I like this combination and a bit like matcha burble milk tea feeling. Hahaha
