Chestnut Cakes 🌰

It’s a type of rich and soft chestnut cakes. The recipe contains 65% of chestnut paste and chestnut purée. I used 140c baking 1.5 hours slow heat for cooking. That’s why the cakes it soft and richness of Marron (chestnut).
After done cooking I apply Hennessy Cognac sugar syrup for keep moist and enhance flavours. It’s very suitable for autumn 🍂 season products.
