Ispahan is the Pierre Herme well knows combinations which is using Raspberry, Rose and Lychee to make Unami flavour after taste. Monsieur PH have been developed this combination to several items like tart , Madeleine , croissant, Verrine , gateau de voyage , Savarin, cheesecake and most famous is the Individuel ispahan macaron Cakes.


This recipe is from Pierre herme books and I have add in the lychee syrup and raspberry chip to get stronger flavours of ispahan. when you consume this cakes you will taste the sourness from raspberry chip and fragrance provided from Rose water and lychee as well. Lastly coating with pink colour gourmet glaze and decoration. One of my favourite cakes.🤤😋
