Grand Classic
A type of strong flavour chocolate cakes. Because i using 72% single origin dark chocolate to make soft chocolate cakes. For texture side the hazelnut Dacquoise provided special texture and chocolate sable work well as support flavours and crunch texture for the gateau de voyag. its special design for those is chocolate lover.
