It’s very direct flavours and rich chocolate cakes. Method of making also very simple just need a bowl and a hand whisk could be done.
When you see any recipe which is from France Breton (sable Breton). Commonly you will see the recipe contains Salted butter 🧈 will apply it. Because it Brittany france 🇫🇷 is famous with daily products like butter and another one is sea salt. France guy put very beautiful names for sea salt which is Fleur de Sel (flower of salt). fleur de Sel is nice crystalistation of shape and more mineral flavours contains.
This recipe also contains fleur de Sel and high ratio of butter. Chocolate also play a important roles for cakes and flavours character. I used 64% cocoa mass contains dark chocolate.
150c for 45 minutes of baking and take out from oven directly apply orange liquid syrup for kept moist and extra flavours to support the cake become perfect chocolate cakes. For the cocoa nibs Nougatine is providing the crunchy texture and decoration. Cocoa nibs provided some smoky flavour and rich cocoa flavours for the cakes.
